User-friendly, intelligent, target-oriented
The comprehensive ExaMight software suite provides tools for precise evaluation and in-depth analysis of lithium-ion batteries and their characteristics. Identify flawed batches and single cells, track the quality of incoming and outgoing cells, or select high-performance cells for demanding and safety-critical applications. Benefit from a user-friendly interface and complete documentation.
Automatic quality evaluation: Using intelligent algorithms and machine learning for feature extraction and weighting, the software fully automatically evaluates each battery and matches it with the user's individual requirements.
Modular structure: With a basic version and various additional applications and tools, the software can be perfectly adapted to your individual requirements.
Measure your battery cells easily with just a few clicks. With the Cell Measurement application you can create a profile with all relevant data of your cell type and batch or select an already created profile. In this way, you ensure complete traceability of your cells and can later compare entire batches with each other.
Once cell type and batch have been selected, you can click on "Scan Cell" to start the ultra-fast measurements. All measurement results are automatically saved in the local or decentralized database.
Examine the measurement results of your batteries using intelligent visualizations and evaluation factors. In the Data View, you are provided with various graphical display options to compare cells within a batch and even batches among each other.
In addition to classic measurement parameters, you can visualize and distinguish your cells based on their actual, relative quality using the calculated Quality Factor. With the help of the export function, it is also possible to output the measurement results in different file formats.
Request nowClassify your battery cells according to your individual application requirements. The Battery Classifier makes it possible to check cells directly during the measurement with regard to their suitability for the planned application and to determine an appropriate use.
We will be happy to support you in the creation of suitable limit values to ensure a precise suitability assessment,
