The ExaMight.Desktop series is a compact desktop system for inspecting and testing battery cells. The components include safe contacting and all necessary diagnostic algorithms.
Precise inspection of cell quality
The ExaMight.Desktop system determines more than five quality parameters to accurately predict the performance and expected life of each battery tested. The compact system is ideal for incoming inspection, end-of-line inspection and second-life testing of lithium and sodium-ion batteries.

The ExaMight.desktop inspection system offers a comprehensive suite of components for swift and dependable battery testing. It comprises a foundational unit equipped with ExaMight.Suite software, a contact unit, and essential peripherals.

Driven by intelligent inspection algorithms, ExaMight.Suite incorporates all essential functions for configuring the inspection system and executing the inspection process. The user-friendly software, coupled with advanced diagnostic algorithms, forms the core of the system, ensuring intelligent and precise evaluation of battery quality.
As much as necessary, as little as possible
The base equipment, called ExaMight.Desktop Base, integrates the real-time EIS measurement system and a single-board computer on which both the software and the results database are provided.
The contacting unit is ready for use within a few minutes.
The contacting unit, called ExaMight.Contact, ensures a precise electrical connection to the battery and, depending on the configuration, is equipped with a temperature measurement function. The contact system is available for different cell geometries.
Place a cell in the insert tray of the contacting unit. The QR or barcode must be facing upwards.
Scan the QR or barcode of the cell with the handheld scanner supplied. The system automatically saves the serial number, contacts the cell and starts the measurement.
Follow the measurement result on the screen. The software automatically evaluates the cell and provides feedback: pass or fail.
Remove the cell from the insertion tray as soon as measurement and decontacting are complete (approx. 3 sec.). Depending on the measurement result, you can now use or discard the cell.
The contacting unit with the designation ExaMight.Contact ensures clean electrical contacting of the battery and, depending on the version, is equipped with temperature measurement. The contacting system is available for all possible cell geometries.
The ExaMight.Desktop Contact 18/21 is a semi-automatic contacting unit for round cells with 18650 and 21700 standard format.
